FEES

​​Sessions last 60 minutes and are usually offered in evenings and at weekends, according to therapist availability.

Virtual video Sessions
£70 – Weekdays, 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m
£80 – Weekdays before 9.00 a.m. or after 5.00 p.m.
£80 – Weekends, 9.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m
£90 – Weekends before 9.00 a.m. or after 5.00 p.m.

In-Person Sessions (South Wales)
Subject to availability and agreement. Charged at the session rate, plus:

• 50p per mile travel
• 50% of the session fee per hour of travel time

Payment & Cancellations

​​Invoices are issued retrospectively by email, and payment is requested within seven days of receipt.

​Accepted payment methods:

• Virtual video sessions: bank transfer
• In-person sessions: bank transfer or cash

24 hours’ notice required for cancellations

• Less than 24 hours: 50% fee
• No notice: full fee

Where the person responsible for payment is not the person attending therapy, the bill payer is asked to contact the therapist in advance of the first session to confirm that they are happy to settle invoices in line with the agreed fees and payment terms.​
